The Role

We are looking for someone with a great passion for social media, along with a people-focused approach.You will be responsible for managing social media channels on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage social media channels on behalf of the company, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Engage in all company discussions and demonstrate a keen interest in supporting our business growth.
  • Analysis and reports on all candidates and highlight issues to management when they arise.
  • Work with your line manager to ensure you’re getting the most accurate and relevant information to potential candidates.
  • Assist with the collation of information on behalf of the company, our clients and creating reports on our behalf.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure we're getting the most relevant candidates to them.
  • Be a point of contact for our clients and understand their business needs so you can support them fully

The key skills for you to be successful:

  • Great interpersonal skills: Social media assistants need to build relationships with a wide variety of people. You should be personable, adaptable with strong team-working capabilities.
  • Excellent written and oral skills: Social Media assistants will need to write content and messages so strong punctuation and grammar is important. On occasions, you may need to take phone calls from our clients on our behalf.
  • IT skills: You will need proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and Google Docs.
  • Organisational skills: Social media assistants have to work on multiple accounts, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy at all times.
